34. The Altar (Exodus 27: 1 - 8)
The altar serves an important role in the religious world between men and the gods they worshiped. People were mainly using the altar for their sacrifices to please their gods. Our Lord God Almighty also commanded the Israelites to build an altar in the tabernacle court. However, other than offering sacrifices to please God like other religions, is there more meaning than that? If so, then what is it and what should we do with the altar?
